Made in to a tea sage ia a good all round tonic and also a remedy for a cold,feversand general aches and pains.
The cold tea can be gargled or used as a mouth wash to releave a sore throat.
Sage is believed to strenghten memery and increase wisdom.
As its a very plesant herb it can be added to food fresh or dried .
As a facial steam bath it will help reduce the symptoms of sinusitus and a head cold .
It is also considerd to stimulate the matabilisum and increase energy , as well as aid weight loss .
Put leaves under ur pillow to make dreams come true
