this med will ground and open u .

first sit in a chair and with ur feet on the floor wriggle ur toes and in ur minds eye see roots growing out of ur toes watch as they grow and go in to the ground , through the floor through the concret through the gravel and through the soil, right at the bottom see a big crystal glowing in the dark soil.
wrap ur roots around the huge crystal and pull the energy up through ur roots .
take the energy all the way up to ur head and watch as the energy comes out the top of ur head , now up through the ceiling and up through the roof and up through the sky up through the universe . now find the brightest star and wrap the energy around it .
now were gonna pull both the energy and the light back down, through the sky ,through the roof through the ceilin and in to the top of ur head .
now see the energy and light stop at ur crown chakra and watch as they mix and turn purple , watch as they clean and cleanse swirling as they clean .
now move the light down to ur 3rd eye watch the colour turn to indigo watch as they mix as they clean and cleanse swirling as they do
now bring the light to ur throat and see the light turn blue, see it swirl as it cleans and cleanses
now bring it down to ur heart chakra see the light turn green as it swirls to clean and cleances.
now ur solar plexis see the light turn yellow as it swirls to clean and cleanse .
now move it down to ur sacral and see the light turn orange as it swirls to clean and cleanse.
now move the light down to ur root chakra see the light turn red as it swirls to clean and to cleance .

now were gonna let go of the light slowly release the light from the star see it unwrap and come down to ur tummy
again see the energy unwrap from the crystal and pull it up to ur tummy .
when both energy and light r in ur tummy see the light getting dimmer and dimmer till its gone
now see a flower of ur choice and watch as ur flower opens up its petals on each chakra ur chakras r now open to recieve spirit .
to close ur chakras see ur flower petals close after each med work its important to close ur chakras or u will be drained and become ill
