sorrow and loss

When we lose a loved one its a shock to the system and we find our selfs lost and looking for answers and someone to blame ,
I draw comfort that my loved ones are still around and on another plane they never leave us and proof of little messages brings so much comfort .
In the space of a week we have lost two loved ones lanta lost a loved one last week and this week our priest ron lost his much loved grandmother .
its an adventure which we all have to face and i wish i could take the pain away but sadly i carnt all i can say is there still with us even though we carnt always see them or pop round and share a meal with them they exsits in our hearts and minds and if u close ur eyes u can still see their smiles .

i would like to extend my deepest sympathy to ron and lanta who need to hear that were here for them .

an angel came for tea today and graced my table for a day
a kindly smile that came my way
i had to convice them to stay
and this they did to this very day
then the heaven above took them away.

for ron and lanta may our thoughts be with u both xxx
